I had to have a laugh today. I was reading through the helpdesk tickets that had come in while I was away last week. A customer had contacted our helpdesk to check everything was in order with his website hosting. His email is below:
Can we get the hosting changed from MySQL over to PHP?
If you could let me know when this is done that would be great
When someone politely clarified that nothing he said made a lick of sense, he blamed his developer and said he was merely relaying the message “exactly” as his developer had told him.
We haven’t heard back from him since and his ticket is closed.
